Most of our employees had years of computer industry experience before joining us, have further been put through our extensive in-house training course and where deemed appropriate have also been sent on external training courses.
They attend manufacturer-sponsored seminars to keep abreast of the latest industry developments and read industry magazines to supplement their knowledge. Most have been through our 6-week in-house training course, which is a mix of lecture room training and hands on practical work before being permitted to commence operating. Once they commence we are on standby to assist them with any problems they may encounter so customers are assured of in-depth knowledge behind every person they deal with.
